Meditation Tips:
1. Have trouble staying in the meditation? For instance, you fade to black or "fall asleep" and return when I am counting down to 1 at the end?
This shows you may need a personal healing & clearing.. your Guides are using this "still time" to work on you.
Or truly fall asleep and wake up later or the next day? This could be the above or it ALSO could be that you are too tired... see tips.
Solutions: get a healing (TAG20 coupon with me, if you wish! Or contact a TAG Team member for a healing!) and practice meditation more.
Tips: Don't lie down, especially if tired, sit in a chair.. if this doesn't work, don't lean against the back but hold yourself up so you do not go too deep within the meditation.


2. Seeing something else instead? A whole different journey? This shows you that your Guides need to show you something, so they took you on a journey somewhere else instead.
Solution: Engage in silent meditation, more often so they can communicate with you.
Understand, if you are a beginner: This means you are more psychic than you may think.

3. Is your mind reeling, talking, chattering and you can't go deep enough? Then, you are not able ot relax or go deep enough.

Solutions: Sit up. Don't lean back or lie down. Instead, keep your eyes open through the induction part of the meditation (the beginning relaxing part).
Tips: Try staring at a small candle flame during the meditation to relax your mind.
Understand: Your mind may chatter and chatter, but you can ignore it. You don't need to quiet it. You can go on with the meditation and ignore the chattering mind. You are listening to it, so it is separate from your consciousness. It is the 3D mind. Let it talk, and you go on to do the meditation.
