Fading out, going blank, or “falling asleep”?
This often means healing is happening. Your Guides may be working on you during that stillness.
If you’re being taken out of the meditation entirely, it can also mean your system needs more healing than the meditation alone can hold right now.

• Receive a healing session (Rachel or a TAG Team Practitioner)
• Return to the meditation after additional clearing
💡 Understand:
• You’re not “doing it wrong”
• Your field is prioritizing deeper healing first
