Attunements & Sigils:
1st: Make sure you are listening on 1x speed! For correct attuning, you can't do it at a faster speed, like listening to talking.

Sound healing attunements & sigils are similar to meditations - you can sit quietly while listening and absorbing the upgrade.

It is common to feel dizziness or lightheadedness, rising vibration, buzzing in head or ears during these Activations, as these are very powerful.

Just sit with it and drink lots of water afterwards. Please don’t try to do too many at once!! There is a lot to upgrade with each of these. 

These attunements will also attune you to the beings I am channeling - what this means is that you will be able to communicate directly with them, at whichever stage you are at- if you are just opening your clairs, it may seem like intuition. If you are more advanced, then you should be able to communicate with them directly, with whatever sense you use to communicate with Spirit with.

They also bring gifts! Communicating with these high vibrational beings is such a joy!
